Lost or Damage Mail
We take great care in packaging items for mail shipments. However, we cannot guarantee accidents won't happen once packages leave our store for shipment. We ship via USPS (postal service) and are not responsible for lost mail or DAMAGED PACKAGES. All packages leave our shop in perfect shape. If they arrive to you damaged in any way, please take this up with your local post office.
Any claim for lost or damaged sets is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You can go to USPS.com to view detailed step by step directions on how to make your claim. You have the option of purchasing additional insurance for your order. However, we do not refund for lost or damaged claims. All insurance claims go through your postal service.
We process orders Tuesday to Saturday and ship via US Postal Service. We are closed Monday. On occasion, order processing may be delayed due to holidays or times we are out of town due to picking-up collections or other reasons. We'll post a message on our main page if shipping will be delayed in processing for any reason.
We ship via US Postal Service priority mail. All priority mail packages will come with USPS tracking information and automatically emailed once your order is processed.
For local customers, you can save on shipping by picking-up your order at our physical store location in University Place. Just let us know when you check out and schedule a time for pick-up during our regular business hours, Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm.
