WHAT ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MODELS?
We carry both new and used models. New are new in package. Used models are inspected for damage, not factory imperfections, such as paint defects or other small imperfections. We highly suggest requesting pictures if you want a more detailed look as we do not refund for factory imperfections or small paint issues. Please inquire before you buy.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final, with a few minor exceptions. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase. You can visit our location in University Place to view products before purchase. We have a 10 day return policy from date of purchase, no exceptions. Any approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, approved returns will also only get store credit. We do not accept any returns from any dealer or reseller, this is non-negotiable.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
You can pick-up your online purchase at our store location in University Place, WA. During check-out, select the "Store Pick-up" option instead of shipment. Pick-up only available during open store hours. Please call ahead to arrange specific times/days for pick-up.
