WHAT ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MODELS?
We carry both new and used models. New are new in package. Used models are inspected for damage, not factory imperfections, such as paint defects or other small imperfections.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take great care in packaging items for mail shipments. However, we cannot guarantee accidents won't happen once packages leave our store for shipment. We ship via USPS (postal service) and are not responsible for lost mail or DAMAGED PACKAGES. All packages leave our shop in perfect shape. If they arrive to you damaged in any way, please take this up with your local post office.
If we approve a damaged return, you are responsible for shipping back to us.
Any claim for lost or damaged sets is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You can go to USPS.com to view detailed step by step directions on how to make your claim. You have the option of purchasing additional insurance for your order. However, we do not refund for lost or damaged claims. All insurance claims go through your postal service.
All sales are final unless pre-approved, and if approved will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All of our packages are inspected before leaving our facility. We do not accept any returns or any kind from re-sellers or retailers. Any questions before ordering, please message the store before ordering.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
You can pick-up your online purchase at our store location in University Place, WA. During check-out, select the "Store Pick-up" option instead of shipment. Pick-up only available during open store hours. Please call ahead to arrange specific times/days for pick-up.
